What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchases, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept merchandise* exchanges within 7 days. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
ALL items being returned must be in their original condition with tags intact together with proof of purchase.Â
*In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer exchanges on under garments, bodysuits, jewellery and swimwear.
What are the payment options?
We offer layby and accept all forms of payment including USD, Paypal, Ecocash, Bank Transfer & Swipe payments
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Gift Cards can be purchased in-store
Do you accept orders?
Yes we do. Orders from the UK take approximately 10 days to arrive in Zimbabwe from the date received at our UK address. Please contact us for more information.
